Exchange & Refund Policy – AnA Studio

At AnA Studio, we want you to shop with complete confidence. If your purchase isn't quite the right fit for you, we offer a simple, transparent 14-day exchange and refund policy.

Eligibility for Exchange or Refund

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or refund.

To be eligible:

  • The fragrance must not be used beyond 10–15 sprays (test it 2–3 times; if it's not for you, simply set it aside).

  • The bottle and packaging must be in good condition—neither damaged nor tampered with.

How to Request an Exchange or Refund

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Reach Out via WhatsApp: Contact us directly at +92 333 5113697.

  2. Share Verification Photos: Send our team a quick, clear picture of the bottle to verify the usage level and bottle condition.

  3. Follow Simple Steps: Once verified, our team will provide step-by-step instructions on how to return your item.

Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

Once your exchange request is approved:

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for dispatching the item to us and covering the return delivery charges.

  • Replacement Shipping: AnA Studio will cover the delivery charges for sending out your replacement product.

  • Price Adjustments:

    • If exchanging for an item of equal value, the new shipment will arrive with 0 COD.

    • If exchanging for an item of higher or lower value, the price difference will be adjusted prior to dispatch.

Refund Policy

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected to confirm it matches the condition shown in your photos, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds are credited directly to your designated bank account within 2–3 working days.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us immediately on WhatsApp so we can resolve it for you right away.

Policy Exceptions

AnA Studio reserves the right to decline exchange or refund requests if:

  • The request is made after 14 days from delivery.

  • The fragrance has been used beyond 10–15 sprays.

  • The bottle is damaged, altered, or excessively used.

  • The item is returned without prior verification and approval.
